The website needs major improvements. The info given is a little confusing. For example - fine silver means 999+ pure, Sterling silver means at least .925 pure, and .925 means just that. So, how can a coin be .925 fine silver? I know it is not your intention to mislead customers but this itself constitutes a breach of the Trade Description Act 1974. \n\nAlso, I would like to be able to view my purchase history amd points accumulated, and to make changes to my personal details, etc. Can't do any of that at the mo.\n\nOther than that, everything about your shop is great. *** in particular has been superb! Efficient, professional with all the questions I posed. It is service like this and having an excellent such as *** that make a company strong. I can tell you another UK outlet *** is the WORST place in the world when it comes to customer service - it is simply nom-existent! *** is a close second! \n\nOnce I have identify items I like, I will sure be buying more from you again. You can count on this loyal customer! \n\nThank you for being so professional.\n\n***

The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The coins that I received are of the highest quality and were actually priced lower than the mint price. Checkout was a simple process, everything was securely packed and shipped here to the US in a timely manner. 100% Positive & All 5-Stars!
