You can pay for your purchase with any of the following payment options
Delivery charges are determined by the combined weight of the items ordered. In stock items are usually dispatched within one working day. If the product you would like to order is not currently in stock, we will endevour to deliver your goods within 30 days (subject to availability from our suppliers). If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be offered substitute goods if available or a revised delivery date. At your option, you may accept the substitute goods or the revised delivery date. Alternatively, you may cancel your order in which case a full refund for the goods will be provided.
If in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order or offer a suitable alternative we will provide you with a full refund.
International customers are asked to allow additional time for overseas transit. Tracking numbers are provided in your Dispatch Notification email.
You can check the status of your order by login in to your account at the top right corner of your screen. From here you can see the status of your current and past orders under the Order Information tab. Clicking into your current order will display a breakdown of the items within the order, as well as the delivery details and pricing.
All international orders will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your order, a notice will be left and you will need to arrange collection or re-delivery from your local Post Office within five working days, if no arrangements are made your order may be returned to us.
